Low Flow in the 704.
Competitors will stay on the lower half of the pole to focus on base work and floorwork. Aerial tricks on the top half of the pole are not allowed.

You will not know the song before you go on stage. During your free dance, you will need to include the required moves for your chosen level. Competitors do not have to use the full height of the poles.

We are bringing strip club vibes to our stage. Strip club culture is important to Carolinas Regional. Dancers are allowed to strip down to a T-bar and pasties if desired.
Competitors do not have to be an active adult entertainer to participate, but the style and culture needs to be respectfully brought to our stage! This is not your typical studio exotic style dance.
Judges of this category are required to be former or current strippers.

There are no specific weight or size requirements.

Chair Spin to Back Hook Spin: Show us this spin combo on spin pole or static!
Fan Kick: This move may be executed with any grip (strong hold, forearm, full bracket/split). You may also spice it up with leg variations and how you exit out of this move!
Climb on Spin Pole: Let’s see that spin pole control! Competitors must climb up on the spin pole. Side climb or traditional climbs are permitted.
Shoulder Mount on Spin Pole: Competitors must execute a shoulder mount on spin pole.
Aerial Pole Split: Give us the spreadies! Competitors must showcase any type of aerial pole split on either static or spin pole.
Pole Handstand: Competitors must do a pole handstand on either spin or static pole. Get creative with your entrance and exits for this one!
Ayesha (Two different grips): Competitors must execute two Ayesha grips. Get creative with your entry, exit and leg variations! This may be done on a static or spin pole. Grip options: Twisted, Elbow, True, Cup, Claw/Funny, Football.
Tornado: Competitors must complete a tornado transition either on spin pole or static.
Flip/drop/tumble: Let’s get fearless! Competitors must execute a single flip, drop or tumble on the pole. This may be done at any height of the pole.

Backroll - Competitors must include any variation of a backroll either off the pole or using the pole. Get creative with your entry and exit!
Any Backwards Spin on Static Pole: Competitors must execute a backwards spin on static pole. Get Creative, this can be any type of spin.
Double Pirouette - Competitors must showcase a double pirouette. Get creative on leg variations!
Floor Jade: Give us the spreadies! Competitors must showcase a jade split on the floor. This may be done with or without the pole!
Fish Flop: Competitors must execute a fish flop transition. This can be descending from the pole, completely off the pole, from a shoulder mount entrance, etc.
Forearm Stand on or off the pole: Competitors must complete a forearm stand. This move can be entered either ascending or descending from the pole or completely off the pole. Have fun with this hold and ways to enter and exit!
Shoulder Stand Sequence (without the pole): Balance it out! Have some fun with your leg variations, entry and exit!
Floor Ayesha: Competitors must execute an Ayesha using the base of the pole for “push” support. They may ascend or descend from the pole to enter into this move. Get creative with your entry, exit and leg variations!
Standing Split or Straddle: Competitors must complete a split or straddle from a standing position. You can use the pole to assist.

Forward and Reverse Spin on Spin Pole: Competitor must complete a forward spin and a backward spin on spin pole.
Pole Sit: This can be done aerially or from the ground. Let's see your different leg variations.
Fan Kick: This move may be executed with any grip (strong hold, forearm, full bracket/split). You may also spice it up with leg variations and how you exit out of this move!
Inverted Move: Competitor can invert or descend down the pole to hold any inverted pole move. Examples: descend to jasmine, crucifix or handstand.
Carousel Spin: This can be done on static or spin pole.
Stargazer: This can be done aerially or low on the pole. Competitors can use static or spin pole.
Shoulder Mount: Competitors can shoulder mount or reverse shoulder mount here.
Aerial Pole Split: Give us the spreadies! Competitors must showcase any type of aerial pole split on either static or spin pole.
Layback: This can be done on either static or spin and can be any variation.
* This doubles category will be separated by Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels. The required moves listed below are for each level. Please use the level descriptions above as a guide. All levels will be required to follow the stage and pole set up that is posted on the homepage.
Base and Flyer: A minimum of one base/flyer move per pole is required. Each partner needs to base and fly at least once during the routine.
Synchronize/Mirror: Doubles must complete a synchronized or mirrored sequence either on or off the pole.
Intertwine Move/Shape: Doubles are required to have a minimum of one singular shape created when both partners use each other as a point of contact.
